Spa Recipe Using Cashew Cream - Ora Regenesis Spa

Ingredients required to make Cashew cream:
1 cup raw cashews unsalted (soak for 1-2 hours, and drained)
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup ice
1 tsp. Summary vanilla
1 T coconut oil
2 T maple syrup or nectar cactus (required) for sweetness
Pinch Himalayan pink salt
Seasonal fruits and berries

In high-speed mixer, mix cashew with water. Add ice and blend, till it gets creamy ,thick, smooth. Pour Necessary water. Add remaining ingredients except fruit. Pour cashew cream in a bowl and chill in the refrigerator. Order fruit and berries in dessert cups and ladle a generous tablespoon of cream cashew above the tops. Garnish with Super foods to taste, and serve. Store up-to 3 days in the refrigerator  in an airpack container.
